You can easily create new products/services or import existing ones in BestInvoicing. You can easily look them up in the database through their name or article code. The price, name and description of your products or services are automatically completed into the document fields of invoices or proposals. Use one of our reports to gain insight into the sales history of products, your best-selling products, total revenue and much more. Discover in real time what e.g. your top services are, with most sales or largest revenue.
You can easily activate the free module for stock management in BestInvoicing. A virtual stock is calculated based on pending orders, while a current stock is based on the effective outgoing products (e.g. based on invoices sent). You can easily replenish the stock by entering new purchases.
By activating the 'complex products' module, BestInvoicing can easily manage stock of composite product bundles. Do you sell a profitable priced complex product comprised of ten single items with an adjusted price, or a box of wine containing six single bottles? All individual items in this complex product will be counted in your sale and stock management.
Does a supplier provide you with a list of all articles, or do you already have an article file from another software program? Easily import such lists into BestInvoicing and avoid duplication! With the 'empty goods' module, it is possible to calculate any returned empty goods. You enter the empty goods value at product level. BestInvoicing automatically calculates the eventual return value, when creating an order confirmation or invoice.
Different discounts - as percentage or amount - can be assigned on product level, customer level, the full document (e.g. invoice) or by applying the prompt payment discount.
Display an image of your product on your documents so customers can immediately see what your offer or invoice is about. The image is added to your product sheet and easily displayed on your quote, invoice, etc.
