Link with Accounting
BestInvoicing offers various options to easily send your sales invoices and purchase documents to an accountant. The exact method you will use depends on the software package your accountant is using. More information about this can be found in the section 'for accountants' on this website.
Via Direct Connection
Connect your BestInvoicing account to your accountant's accounting package or submission portal and forward your documents directly, digitally and efficiently. You can even activate automatic forwarding for most programs. No more quarterly stress!
Via Cloud Storage
Automatically transfer your documents from BestInvoicing to a storage service such as DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive or the accountant's own server. From these platforms, the accountant can then retrieve your invoices, to further process them in his software.
Via Digital Export
If your accountant works with a software package with which BestInvoicing is not directly linked, you can easily export your invoices in electronic format (UBL). You can e-mail this file to your bookkeeper for processing in his accounting package.
