Importing Payment Files
If you do not use the direct connection with the bank, you can upload your own MT940 files in BestInvoicing. These are electronic files, containing the data as stated on your bank account statements. You can link these transactions to your documents in BestInvoicing to mark documents as 'Paid'.
Credit Card Statement
It is often possible to export transactions with credit cards such as Mastercard or Visa as a PDF file from your web banking environment. You can also manually upload this file into BestInvoicing to link your transactions to your documents.
